1 General Introduction & Consent

These terms and conditions ("Terms") form a legal agreement between cabu8 ("Platform", "we", "us") and every individual who opens or uses an account on this platform ("User", "you").

By registering with cabu8 or using any of its services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the platform.

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, form the complete agreement between cabu8 and the user.

2 Eligibility & Account Registration

2.1 Age Eligibility

To open an account on cabu8, you must be at least 21 years old. This platform is only for those aged 21 and above. Registration by minors is strictly prohibited.

2.2 Single Account

Each user may create only one account. Creating multiple accounts — whether in your own name or someone else's — is strictly prohibited and may result in account termination.

2.3 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Providing false information may result in account suspension or termination and forfeiture of any remaining balance.

2.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

cabu8 may request identity verification documents at any time. Withdrawals may be put on hold until verification is complete. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account restrictions.

2.5 Account Security

It is your responsibility to keep your login details (username and password) confidential. Report any unauthorized use of your account to our support team immediately. cabu8 is not responsible for misuse of an account by a third party.

3 Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount on cabu8 is ৳500. Accepted payment methods are:

• Nagad
• Rocket
• Upay
• Bank transfer (major Bangladeshi banks including Dutch Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, and Islami Bank)

Deposited funds are generally credited to your account instantly. Bank transfers may take a little longer.

3.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. Withdrawals may be delayed if a verification process is ongoing.

Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

3.3 Currency

All transactions on cabu8 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).

3.4 Failed Transactions

If a transaction fails, please contact our support team immediately. Keep screenshots as proof of the failed transaction.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

4.1 Welcome Bonus

New users are eligible for a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to ৳5,000. For example:

• Deposit ৳1,000 → Bonus ৳1,500 → Total balance ৳2,500
• Deposit ৳8,000 → Bonus ৳5,000 → Total balance ৳13,000

4.2 Wagering Requirements

A 20x wagering requirement applies to the welcome bonus — and it is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

4.3 General Bonus Terms

• Bonuses are applicable once only, and one bonus will be given per eligible account.
• Bonus funds cannot be combined with other bonuses.
• Requesting a withdrawal before the wagering requirements are met may result in the bonus being cancelled.
• cabu8 reserves the right to cancel any bonus if misuse is suspected.
• cabu8 reserves the right to modify or cancel promotional offers.

5 VIP Program

cabu8's VIP program has 5 tiers. Weekly cashback is offered at each tier:

• Bronze: Weekly cashback up to 0.2%
• Silver: Weekly cashback up to 0.3%
• Gold: Weekly cashback up to 0.5%
• Platinum: Weekly cashback up to 0.6%
• Diamond: Weekly cashback up to 0.8%

Tier levels change based on user activity and engagement with the platform. cabu8 reserves the right to modify VIP benefit terms and will notify users in advance.

6 Prohibited Activities & Misuse

6.1 Generally Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Placing opposing bets (arbitrage) with the intent to abuse bonuses or circumvent wagering requirements
• Using another person's account or allowing others to use your account
• Attempting to intrude on, hack, or manipulate the platform's software
• Using bots or automated software to manipulate gaming outcomes
• Using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities
• Harassing or defrauding other users
• Using the platform from a country or region where online gaming is not permitted by law

6.2 Consequences

Engaging in any of the prohibited activities above gives cabu8 the right to suspend or permanently close the account without prior notice, cancel all bonuses, and take legal action where applicable.

7 Games & Platform Use

7.1 Game Providers

7.2 Technical Errors

If a technical error causes an abnormal outcome in a game, cabu8 reserves the right to void that round and the wagered amount may be refunded. cabu8 is not obligated to pay out incorrect winnings displayed as a result of a technical error.

Bets can be placed on markets for various sports including cricket, football, and kabaddi. All markets and odds are subject to change. The statistics of actual clubs, franchises, or players are not guaranteed. The decision of the relevant governing body will be considered final in determining match results.

7.4 Service Changes

11 Dispute Resolution

12 Account Closure & Termination

12.1 Closure by User

Any user may voluntarily close their account. Please contact the support team to do so. Withdraw any remaining balance before closing your account.

12.2 Closure by cabu8

cabu8 reserves the right to suspend or close an account for the following reasons:

• Violation of these Terms
• Providing false information or suspected fraud
• Misuse of bonuses or promotions
• Detection of unusual patterns in financial activity
• The need to comply with legal obligations

12.3 Account Inactivity

A separate cabu8 policy may apply to funds held in accounts that have been inactive for an extended period, and users will be notified of this separately.

13 Changes to Terms

cabu8 reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Users will be notified in advance of significant changes via their registered email or through the platform. Continued use of the platform after changes have been made will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 Applicable Law

These Terms and your relationship with cabu8 are governed by applicable law. If any provision of this agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
